    How Concierge Works

    01. Identify the Right Improvements

    Margie will help evaluate your home and determine which services could have the greatest impact on its marketability. From there, an estimated budget can be established for the work.

    02. Begin the Work

    When you are ready to move forward, Margie will guide you through the process as you engage the appropriate contractors and vendors.

    03. Prepare for Market

    Once the selected improvements are complete, your home can be professionally presented and prepared for its market launch.

    04. Pay Later

    Eligible Concierge costs and any applicable fees are paid when the home sells, the listing agreement is terminated, or 12 months have passed from the Concierge start date.*
